"After 30 years as a USAA customer, I canceled all of my USAA insurance products and moved them to State Farm. James Gordon was great to work with and he saved me almost $5000 compared to my USAA policies for comparable coverage. And it is so nice to call and talk with a person immediately rather than go through computer menus and talk through a bot. I should have made the transition to State Farm years ago!"
