"James Gordon III assisted me in getting my renter's insurance removed from my policy. When I called and no one answered, he replied back to me within 2 minutes. James took less than 10 minutes to remove the renter's insurance. He was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Stare Farm for any insurance needs."

"I’ve only been at this place a short while but so far everyone has been beyond helpful. And Meghan was absolutely no exception today. Super friendly and helpful. And also very patient to answer ALL of my questions. She just recently received her license and it made no difference. Anything she didn’t immediately have an answer for, she humbly requested that I give her a minute while she found out. This is such a breath of fresh air compared to someone new in their career who might often say “I’m not really sure” and then just leave it at that. The Matt Fitzpatrick agency is blessed to have Meghan. I’m sure she has a bright future!"

"I recently got a homeowner and auto insurance policy from James Gordon at State Farm here in Colorado Springs. James was helpful and knowledgeable and was able to not only save me thousands of dollars from my previous Nationwide and Safeco policy but also provide me with better coverage terms on my new policy. He also dropped some serious insurance knowledge on me and made sure I was covered in my business and personal liability. Without James’ direction I would have likely spent more money on insufficient coverage. He is definitely worth talking to and discussing your insurance needs."

"My homeowners insurance was coming up for renewal and was going to increase by 2k. I called State Farm and got James Gordon. He was very knowledgeable and patient and went thru everything with me on the phone and it didn't really even take that long. He knew all the ins and outs of all the discounts and he got us a great rate with State Farm with no huge rate increase for this year. Thank you James!"
