"Justin was great! He provided multiple options and clear quotes, worked with me through email and text, answered my questions, and responded promptly, professionally and was friendly. I saved a money, but that wasn't why I was in the market for a change. I needed to add a new teen driver to my policy, but when I contacted my current agent, the information and pricing they provided were unclear and confusing and I couldn't get clear answers to my questions and couldn't get actual quotes. I was just going to switch agents, but Justin happened to call, so I gave him a chance to earn my business and boy did he!"
